About The Position

Develops and delivers instructional materials and lesson plans to facilitate effective learning. Assesses student progress through evaluations and assignments to ensure comprehension and guiding students in applying theoretical knowledge practically. Manages the classroom environment to maintain discipline and fosters a positive learning atmosphere. Requires assisting students with individual learning needs, regularly updating curriculum content, collaborating with colleagues to enhance teaching strategies, and monitoring student attendance and performance for reporting purposes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in instructional material development and delivery
• 3+ years of experience assessing student progress and learning outcomes
• 3+ years of experience in classroom management and maintaining discipline
• 2+ years of experience updating curriculum and collaborating with colleagues
• 2+ years of experience monitoring student attendance and performance
