About The Position

The University of Findlay invites applications for a full-time, faculty position as Instructor of English Riding in its nationally recognized English Equestrian Studies program. This position emphasizes hands-on instruction, intercollegiate team coaching, and mentorship within a robust, student-centered equine program. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in classical riding, a proven track record in the Hunter/Jumper circuit, and a passion for teaching riders of all levels. The University of Findlay's English and Western Equestrian Studies programs are among the most respected in the nation, producing graduates who are well-prepared for careers across the equine industry. The University's IHSA, IDA, and Eventing teams are highly competitive at the regional and national levels. The program emphasizes strong horsemanship, professional preparation, and experiential learning in state-of-the-art facilities.
