About The Position
Western Illinois University is seeking an Instructor for a 9-month appointment starting on August 21, 2025. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching undergraduate music business courses, serving as the program director for music business, supervising music business practica and internships, and acting as an academic advisor for music business students. Additionally, the instructor will participate in recruiting efforts and may have additional assignments based on qualifications and experience, which could include duties in recording services, teaching applied lessons, or teaching music courses in the general education curriculum.
