The position requires a Master's degree (Ph.D. or terminal degree preferred) in Information Technology Management, or a closely related field. The candidate should have professional IT industry work experience in areas aligned with topics taught in the ITM degree program, such as networking, systems design, project management, and security. The ability to teach in-person at Webster's St. Louis main campus is essential, along with a willingness to reside in the St. Louis MSA. The candidate must be able to teach day, evening, or weekend classes in-person. Experience in program assessment and administration is desirable. The primary teaching modality will be on-ground, but the candidate should also have the ability to teach via different modalities, such as WebEx+ and Zoom.
