About The Position

We are accepting application for potential openings in the Department of Hearing, Speech and Language Sciences for fall and spring semesters of AY 2025-2026. Applications to this pool will be considered to fill part-time, non-tenure track, non-benefits eligible instructor positions at the Athens campus. The teaching workload will vary based on departmental teaching needs each semester. Anticipated needs are for the following undergraduate level courses: Voice and Articulation, Introduction to Communication Disorders, Phonetics, Anatomy & Physiology, Speech Science, and Research Methods. Requirements

  • Candidates must have a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a clinical doctorate in Audiology or an advanced degree in a closely related field.

Nice To Haves

  • Preference will be given to candidates with a PhD in Communication Sciences and Disorders or Speech-Language Sciences or closely related field who have an established record of teaching.
