The successful candidate will actively contribute to continuing program development, collaborate with colleagues, and engage with students to promote curriculum in areas of construction management. Teach related topics in an intensively active, outcomes-based learning environment in which innovative pedagogy, timely curriculum, creative assignments, and excellence in student work is paramount. Continuous improvement of course materials in on-campus sections must be replicated through Indiana State University's highly regarded online program. The Instructor of Construction Management may be assigned to teach any of the following courses: CNST 213 - Environmental Control Systems 3 Credits CNST 306 - Sustainable Design and Construction 3 Credits CNST 314 - Estimating and Bid Preparation 3 Credits CNST 330 - Construction Accounting, Finance, and Safety 3 Credits CNST 420 - Construction Surveying 3 Credits And other courses as needed.
