Our Program and Who We Are Looking For Portland Community College’s Medical Lab Technology (MLT) Program is a leader in educating the next generation of lab technicians. We are currently seeking a full-time faculty member (Instructional responsibilities will be focused in Fall, Winter and Spring terms) who can teach a breadth of program courses and also serve as the program’s’ NAACLS-approved program director. PCC’s MLT Program offers a 2-year associate’s degree that provides on-campus courses and labs to prepare students for the ASCP certification exam and a career as a lab professional. The program is the sole MLT program in Oregon and is located at our Cascade Campus in the historic Albina Neighborhood of North Portland.
