About The Position

T12 Technologies is seeking an Instructor Level I – Assistant Instructor to support the delivery of hands-on medical training overseas. This role assists with station setup, scenario execution, safety controls, student documentation, and daily training support activities in a high-tempo field environment. Ideal candidates bring operational or clinical exposure, strong teamwork skills, and comfort supporting instruction in outdoor or simulated field conditions.

Requirements

Nice To Haves

  • Prior teaching assistant/field trainer experience
  • Familiarity with trauma skills (bleeding control, airway basics, casualty movement)
  • Candidates should have instructor-level exposure or operational experience in one or more of the following: Module 1 – Tactical Medicine + CBRN Tactical/austere trauma care instruction (military, Law Enforcement, EMS, tactical, remote medicine) HAZMAT/Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear experience preferred Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC)/Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TECC) instructor credentials are a plus Hemorrhage control, airway, chest injury management, hypothermia prevention, casualty evacuation Preferred credentials: TCCC Instructor (or documented experience teaching TCCC/TECC-equivalent content) HAZMAT/CBRN operational experience; PPE donning/doffing & decon lane training
  • Module 2 – Medical Evacuation & Field Critical Care Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / Emergency Department (ED)/ critical care transport/retrieval medicine Flight/critical care credentials (FP-C, CCP-C, CFRN, etc.) preferred Disaster/MCI operations and triage systems Preferred credentials: Critical Care Paramedic / Flight Paramedic / ICU RN / ED RN experience FP-C / CCP-C / CFRN (or equivalent) Disaster/incident management training (ICS/command board familiarity)
  • Module 3 – Aviation & Aeromedical Medicine Flight medic/nurse or aviation physiology training exposure Crew Resource Management (CRM)/safety/aviation medicine teaching preferred Preferred credentials: Flight paramedic/nurse background; aviation safety/CRM facilitation experience Experience with altitude/hypoxia training tools or aviation physiology education
  • Module 4 – Naval & Diving Medicine Maritime or diving emergency management and rescue operations teaching Dive medicine exposure or rescue diver training preferred Preferred credentials: Dive medic/diving medicine course facilitation; rescue diver / maritime rescue training Hyperbaric medicine exposure (theory acceptable; chamber operation not required)
  • Middle East deployment or international contract experience
  • Simulation training experience
  • Formal instructor or assistant instructor credentials

Responsibilities

  • Assist with demonstrations, coached repetitions, and scenario resets
  • Monitor safety compliance (hydration, PPE, hot-zone controls, heat injury prevention)
  • Help maintain equipment, training aids, and station readiness
  • Support documentation: attendance, sign-offs, and completion paperwork
