About The Position
The Instructor position at Aspire Behavioral Health & Developmental Disabilities Services involves providing direct care and support to individuals with special needs in a human service setting. The role requires the ability to observe and monitor individuals' behavior, assist with daily living activities, and develop individualized plans. The Instructor will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and clean environment, documenting progress, and engaging with individuals supported through routine day services.
