Serves as a critical member of a team delivering high quality, multi-generational interventions to support family self-sufficiency and student academic achievement. Must be flexible and creative in meeting the needs of a diverse group of English as a Second Language (ESL) students so that participants can pursue personal, professional, and civic goals. Over 3,000 individuals attend programs offered through the department each year, and ESL classes are a foundational component of individualized family success plans.
