This position is responsible for providing career technical training instruction to students in Culinary Arts, adhering to approved curricula and government/management directives. The instructor will provide direction and assistance, motivate and counsel students on behavior and study habits, develop lessons, and ensure a safe and clean work environment. Key duties also include administering tests, managing equipment and supplies, facilitating hands-on activities, developing work-based training sites, collaborating with industry advisory councils, assisting with job placement, and maintaining accurate student records and compliance.
