Our Program and Who We Are Looking For Portland Community College (PCC) is seeking a full-time instructor of Anatomy and Physiology to join the faculty of the Biology Department. The successful candidate will support and encourage student interest and academic excellence in biology and allied health programs by providing high quality and culturally responsive instruction and helping to develop innovative curricula and programs. Teaching assignments will be focused at the Cascade and Southeast campuses based on program need, with a variety of responsibilities to support the Biology department college-wide. The teaching load for this position is anticipated to be primarily on-campus, but may include some teaching or work in other modalities. PCC serves nearly 60,000 full and part-time students across a large and diverse service area, with four campuses and multiple education centers. This position will be split between PCC’s Cascade Campus in North Portland and Southeast Campus in outer Southeast Portland’s vibrant Jade District.
