Instructional Technology Technician
About The Position
Provides and manages technical and application expertise along with Technical Service Delivery (TSD)/Help Desk teams for Covenant School of Nursing and Allied Health (CSONAH), Learning Resource Center, classrooms, etc. Identify system optimization and enhancements and collaborate with vendors and other IT teams in order to implement effective solutions. Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's Degree Instructional Technology, Education or related field.
- Experience with Instructional technology platforms and software including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite etc.
