The primary purpose of this position is to perform a variety of conventional duties relating to a variety of Instructional Systems program areas and to complete developmental assignments and training outlined in the formal training and development program. This includes attending education and training courses and briefings during the first eight months of assignment, completing rotational assignments within the training squadron/group, conducting routine classroom, laboratory or field instruction, and accomplishing special projects. Additionally, the position requires attendance at courses, conferences, and briefings to increase knowledge of training processes and procedures.
