About The Position

In this position, you will be responsible for establishing curriculum design, development, and evaluative criteria through the analysis of educational or instructional deficiencies. You will recommend policy and program changes to enhance the quality of instruction and course curricula at NRPDC. Additionally, you will provide professional mentoring and oversight for military training developers and course writers in the command, while maintaining a good working relationship with NAVRESFORCOM and other customers.

Requirements

  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
  • Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.
  • New employees to the Department of the Navy must pass the E-Verify employment verification check.
  • Current federal employees must serve at least one year at the next lower grade level.
  • Retired military members must adhere to provisions regarding appointment within 180 days of retirement.
  • Males born after 12-31-59 must be registered for Selective Service.
  • Must obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance.
  • Position may require travel to CONUS and OCONUS, including remote or isolated sites.
