About The Position
Illuminate is looking for a successful candidate for an Instructional Systems Design Lead
Requirements
- Requires BA/BS and 15+ years of experience or a Masters and 10+ years of experience
- Experience with curriculum design, both web-based and traditional instructor-led training
- Needs familiarity with Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, and Articulate 360
- Experience using the ADDIE Model
- TS/SCI with Polygraph Required
Responsibilities
- Collaborates with government staff and subject matter experts to identify and analyze training requirements to support instructional planning and instructional systems design of training requirements across the organization
- Leads instructional systems design projects across the entire lifecycle
- Evaluates and oversees ISDs and their products to develop, update, and/or administer training programs
- Leads development of instructor-led and e-learning programs to support offices across customer
- Provides general support to Directorates, Offices, and Centers with robust training requirements
