The Instructional Support Assistant demonstrates daily the Burrell College of Osteopathic Medicine's values for respect, trust, integrity, teamwork, and a commitment to a one team-one goal culture. This position provides instructional and operational program support to shared designated and respective Faculty/Course Directors or equivalent level positions and oversees one or more core operational and/or programmatic activities through assisting a department or group of professionals and requires the ability to exercise independent judgment and employ basic reasoning skills. This position reports to a director. The employee will complete annual/probationary evaluations. This position is Non-Exempt and reports to the Campus Dean. The salary starts at $38,000 depending on experience.
