About The Position

The Instructional Paraprofessional will work in various locations, providing support in regular classroom settings. This position involves performing instructional activities as planned and organized by professional staff for individual and/or small groups of students. The role requires collaboration with teachers to assist students in learning positive behaviors necessary for success in the classroom. The paraprofessional will also help in selecting, preparing, and organizing materials that are appropriate for students' needs according to designated lessons. Additionally, the paraprofessional will collect data and report student progress to the teacher.

Requirements

• Previous experience working with children.
• High School graduate or equivalent.
• 60 semester/90 quarter college credits or successful completion of the WorkKeys Test to meet ESSA requirements.
