Requirements

• High School Equivalency (HSE) diploma
• Criminal background check and fingerprinting required
• Basic knowledge of typical office equipment such as telephones, copiers, and fax machines
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Intermediate English language skills

• Advanced interpersonal relations skills
• Advanced organizational skills
• Ability to work alone and with others

Responsibilities

• Assist classroom teacher in preparing materials, administering tests, grading, and attendance.
• Assist students with classroom activities and curriculum delivery to ensure mastery of subjects.
• Monitor students and reinforce appropriate behavior during various activities.
• Perform basic clerical work for the classroom teacher, including typing, filing, and data entry.
• Assist with classroom events such as field trips or fire drills.
• Perform other duties as assigned or requested.
