Job Summary: Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for organization, collaboration, and customer service? As a Course Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining and updating Canvas courses across multiple programs while working closely with Instructional Designers (IDs) to ensure smooth operations. This task-oriented role is perfect for someone who excels at managing repetitive processes and thrives in a team environment.

Responsibilities

Completing weekly course update tasks in Canvas with precision and on schedule.
Collaborating with Instructional Designers to ensure all course updates are effectively completed.
Maintaining positive and professional relationships with customer groups across the university.
Communicating updates and context effectively to the assigned Instructional Designer, when necessary.
Assisting with additional administrative tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
