Job Summary: Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for organization, collaboration, and customer service? As a Course Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining and updating Canvas courses across multiple programs while working closely with Instructional Designers (IDs) to ensure smooth operations. This task-oriented role is perfect for someone who excels at managing repetitive processes and thrives in a team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Completing weekly course update tasks in Canvas with precision and on schedule.
  • Collaborating with Instructional Designers to ensure all course updates are effectively completed.
  • Maintaining positive and professional relationships with customer groups across the university.
  • Communicating updates and context effectively to the assigned Instructional Designer, when necessary.
  • Assisting with additional administrative tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
