Focuses on and supports pedagogy across all disciplines to ensure and enhance instructional practices to positively impact teaching and learning to increase student achievement. Provides instructional strategies and best practices through the implementation of the coaching model. Promotes and supports all tiers of instruction utilizing district observation data, formative/summative assessment data, needs assessments, and instructional resources. Supports and provides initial and ongoing professional development to leadership teams and teachers using student assessment data to maximize the state’s accountability growth model. Researches and promotes best practices and assists with differentiation in Tier 1 instruction. Encourages and supports continuous improvement for teacher growth, content delivery, and student achievement.
