About The Position
The Instructional Coach for Middle School is responsible for providing essential leadership for the school's overall instructional program through support, training, and coaching to build school and teacher capacity to increase student achievement. This role involves ensuring the implementation of state curricular standards, assisting teachers with lesson planning, modeling best instructional practices, and engaging in reflective dialogue with teachers to enhance instructional delivery.
