About The Position

The Instructional Assistant supports licensed teachers by providing one-to-one or small group instruction, performing clerical work, and assisting with various activities as assigned. This role is essential in fostering a positive learning environment and ensuring that students receive the necessary support to succeed academically.

Requirements

• Ability to work harmoniously with teachers, students, and other staff.
• Ability to take direction appropriately and change tasks as necessary.
• Completion of two years of post-high school education or an Associate's degree or higher, or successful completion of the WorkKeys test.
• Demonstrated excellent attendance and punctuality.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual in Spanish is desired but not required.

Responsibilities
