Position Overview: Collaborate with the classroom teacher to support differentiated instruction and implement lesson plans, providing targeted one-on-one and small-group academic support to students. Facilitate positive behavior management and assist special education students in achieving their Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals by implementing specific interventions and accommodations. Prepare and maintain a structured learning environment by organizing instructional materials, assisting with general classroom duties, and supervising students during non-instructional times.
Requirements
- High school Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Experience working with Preschool children, preferably in Special Education
Nice To Haves
- ServSafe Certification (Preferred)
Responsibilities
