About The Position

Duxbury High School is seeking a highly qualified Instructional Assistant. This position will be focused within our inclusive classroom settings with the potential for additional responsibilities supporting students throughout the building. Duxbury High School provides a dynamic education that prepares students to meet, both individually and collaboratively, the challenges and opportunities of a global society. All students will pursue academic excellence, become active learners, and develop personal, social, and civic responsibility. The Duxbury High School community is comprised of 1500 students and 160 dedicated staff members. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, Associates Degree considered with relevant experience
  • Management skills that support students' social-emotional learning
  • Experience meeting the needs of diverse learners
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Citizenship, residency, or work visa required
