Instructional Assistant (174 Day): 3rd - 5th Grade (PT)
About The Position
The Instructional Assistant (3rd - 5th Grade) - (TEMPORARY until end of 25-26 School Year) is responsible for assisting the Teacher to provide inclusion or pull out specialized academic support for students. This part time position will work with online students 3.5 hours per day (4 days per week) following the schedule below. This position DOES NOT include benefits. Monday- Thursday (Beginning January 26) 8:15-8:45 am Fourth Grade ELA 10:00-10:30 am Third Grade Math 11:00-11:30 am Fifth Grade ELA 11:30-12:00 pm Fourth Grade Math 12:30-1:00 pm Third Grade Math 2:00-2:30 pm Fifth Grade Math
Requirements
- Applicants must have two (2) years college coursework, a college degree, or pass the ParaPro Assessment.
- Must have satisfactory background/fingerprint checks as required by the Tennessee State Department of Education and state law.
- Must meet health and physical requirements.
