The Instructional Assistant at A.E.R.O. Therapeutic Center will participate in implementing daily lessons and IEP goals/objectives. This position requires assistance with life skills and behavior management, including physical management, and involves working with assistive technology and equipment management. The role necessitates collaboration with a team to assist and supervise students on both academic and non-academic tasks. The position will involve working with students who have moderate to severe disabilities, including cognitive impairment and autism.
