About The Position
The Instructional Aide is expected to support academic and behavioral student specific needs in a structured environment. In carrying out these responsibilities, the Instructional Aide shall: Instruct students as assigned Follow student specific programming Provide reinforcement strategies Use appropriate prompting procedures Experience with behavior de-escalation strategies preferred Restraint training experience preferred
