Instructional Aide, Special Education (25 Hours per week)
About The Position
San Benito County is tucked between the San Francisco Bay Area and Monterey Bay. The San Benito County Office of Education supports the diverse educational needs of school districts and students throughout the county. It provides extensive legally-mandated services and develops and implements numerous non-mandated resources and programs to support the schools and districts in its jurisdiction. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- IA I: Combination equivalent to graduation from high school (salary range 6.0 - $17.31 - $21.08/hr)
- IA II: Posses an AA degree or 60 semester units equivalent to those required for an AA degree or 5 years consecutive years of experience as an IA I with SBCOE earning a recommendation from the program administrator (salary range 6.5 - $17.70-$21.64/hr)
- IA III: 90 semester units or 5 consecutive years of experience as an IA II with SBCOE earning the recommendation of the program administrator (salary range 8.0 - $19.08-$23.26/hr)
