Requirements

• Knowledgeable about Adams products and their locations within the store.
• Willingness to learn and demonstrate Adams’ culture and values
• Ability to learn and operate Adams’ point of sale systems
• Willingness to work collaboratively and communicate with a team of co-workers and managers
• Exhibit enthusiasm, positivity and/or knowledge about Adams’ products and quality

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, polite, and knowledgeable service to ensure an excellent customer experience.
• Greet customers warmly and thank them for shopping at Adams.
• Shop and fulfill Farm to Car curbside orders efficiently and accurately.
• Process payments, finalize transactions, and place orders in customers' vehicles.
• Maintain all sanitary and safety precautions while fulfilling orders.
• Assist and train fellow curbside shoppers as needed.
• Troubleshoot department issues and help maintain smooth operations.
