About The Position

Amalgamated Bank seeks a dedicated Institutional Service & Sales Associate who will be reporting directly to the Trust Revenue Officer and will be accountable for institutional for supporting all aspects of Client Service & Business Development. Primary responsibilities include client reporting, data analytics & lead generation The candidate will be an integral part of the Trust team in helping to achieve organic growth targets. Cross collaboration with banking partners to discover cross-sell opportunities for Investment Management, Custody and Benefit Disbursement. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree
5+ years of institutional investment management or bank custody experience
Client Service and/or Sales Support experience
Ability to work effectively with all levels of staff and management.
Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft enterprise (i.e. Office, Excel, Powerpoint)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.

Nice To Haves

MBA or other equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

Actively support Client Service & Sales to help the team achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Creative lead generation by utilizing databases and attending industry conferences.
Help deepen and expand consultant relationships across industry
Provide competitive analysis on industry peers to help properly position Amalgamated Bank’s services
Work in collaboration with Legal, Compliance, Operations, Risk and Marketing
Passion to learn more about Taft-Hartley industry.
Perform other duties as directed.
Travel of 10% - 25% of the time.
