The Institutional Research Analyst supports data-informed decision-making by collecting, analyzing, and reporting institutional data. Working collaboratively with campus partners, the analyst ensures accurate and consistent data for planning, assessment, accreditation, and compliance. The role assists with recurring and ad hoc reports, data visualizations, and metric development using information from enterprise systems (e.g., Banner) and other sources. While primarily focused on data preparation and validation, the analyst may also contribute to summary analyses that highlight institutional trends. This position requires a detail-oriented, self-motivated professional who can manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a collaborative environment. All activities of this position are to make a contribution to the fulfillment of the mission of the university.
