The firm is seeking a client-focused professional to join its Global Institutional team as an Institutional Client Relationship Specialist. This role combines operational service excellence with client relationship responsibility, serving as a primary contact for certain institutional separately managed account clients while operationally supporting additional client relationships. The role is primarily focused on delivering an exceptional operational client experience, while also assuming broader relationship and investment-related responsibilities for a defined set of clients. The Specialist will work in a collaborative, dynamic, fast-paced, trust-based partnership with Relationship Managers, Sales Professionals, and Operational Professionals across global offices to serve a broad range of client needs, including ownership of onboarding, client cashflow management, and delivery of client reporting requirements. For select client relationships, the Specialist will serve as a central point of accountability across both operational execution and the overall client experience.
