About The Position

The Capital Group is seeking a candidate with a deep understanding of finance, portfolio construction, and asset management to lead the development of messaging and content in areas such as fixed income, target date, insurance, and portfolio construction. The ideal candidate will have established and achieved long-term strategic objectives and annual business priorities, delivering business outcomes for the segment. This role involves partnering with quantitative experts in Investment Services and the Investment group to create content that is supported by data and analytics, aimed at engaging sophisticated buyers, including institutional consultants, clients, financial intermediaries, and broker-dealer home offices. The candidate should possess the expertise to translate complex ideas into accessible concepts and will collaborate with Marketing, Distribution, and Investment services to meet annual sales and commercial goals for Capital Group. Additionally, the candidate will leverage thought leadership to position Capital Group as a premier asset manager for large corporate and public pension plans, endowments, and foundations. Experience in developing content for various channels, including digital properties, white papers, conference presentations, and pitch books, is essential. The candidate should be capable of completing projects on a turnkey basis and navigating them through the organization, demonstrating in-depth knowledge to engage with partners in Investment Services and Investment Group on a broad range of topics.
