Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of hands on experience in installation, construction, or maintenance services
• Problem solving skills and a can do attitude
• Ability to work independently and reliably
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver license and access to your own vehicle
• Good communication and a customer focused mindset
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to stay organized in a fast paced environment

Nice To Haves

• 1 to 2 years working with garage doors or garage door systems
• Experience working directly with home builders or on new construction projects
• OSHA safety training or similar certifications
• Comfortable using service software and power tools

Responsibilities

• Install garage doors for new construction and residential projects with precision and pride
• Troubleshoot on site challenges and deliver solutions that keep projects on schedule
• Provide excellent service by listening to homeowner and builder needs and ensuring their satisfaction
• Follow safety standards to protect yourself, your team, and every job site
• Stay sharp by learning new skills and keeping up with the latest garage door technology
