Job Description Your Responsibilities: As a Residential Specialist, you will install, spray, seal and plaster various insulation materials within ceilings, walls, openings and floors in buildings and homes. This role is responsible for insulating buildings to help maintain the temperature inside. Install products as allowed by associated collective bargaining agreement and/or project labor agreement. Review your daily work schedule and ensure truck is loaded with all product(s), tools and equipment for the day. Complete vehicle safety and job site inspections. Safely unload and stage material at job site. Report safety, customer or quality concerns. Perform other related work duties as required. Any other duty, task, or responsibilities as assigned per the CBAs.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 18 years of age.
  • If operating a vehicle for Company purposes, a valid drivers’ license is required
  • Able to lift 50 lbs. unassisted to load and unload various products.
  • Must be able to climb, stoop, balance, kneel, crawl, lift and do a lot of standing, bending, kneeling, and ladder climbing.
  • This includes attics, confined spaces and small areas.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of the industry and building codes for best installation practices (preferred).
