Requirements

• 2+ years of HVAC installation experience preferred
• EPA Certification required
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation techniques, and tools
• Ability to work in extreme temperatures (desert climate conditions)
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience with high-efficiency / high-SEER systems
• Sheet metal fabrication and duct design experience
• Familiarity with residential custom homes or retrofit installations
• Understanding of indoor air quality systems

Responsibilities

• Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems including central air systems, split systems, furnaces, heat pumps, and ductwork
• Follow company standards to ensure precise, energy-efficient installations tailored to each customer’s needs
• Read and interpret blueprints, job specs, and system designs
• Test installed systems to verify proper operation and performance
• Maintain compliance with California codes and energy efficiency requirements
• Troubleshoot installation issues and make necessary adjustments
• Work closely with team members to complete jobs efficiently and on schedule
• Deliver professional, customer-first service on every job
