About The Position

The Installer will be responsible for the installation oversight of in-store displays, tradeshow exhibits, and Momentara proprietary products. The deliverables in this role directly impact client satisfaction, referrals, and the ongoing success of the business relationships and therefore a key part in driving new business opportunities, as well as fostering the growth of existing client portfolios. Core duties and responsibilities include managing warehouse assets, overseeing exhibit items for shipment, working with the warehouse team, leading third-party installers on the show floor, managing installers, performing pre-show checks, and organizing returned items in the warehouse. The Installer also provides backup coverage for other installers as needed.

Requirements

Ability to read engineering prints for exhibits.
Demonstrated experience in leading work crews and coordinating with third-party members.
General knowledge of construction is a must.
Demonstrated ability to effectively resolve challenges and adapt to changing circumstances in real-time
Knowledge of Exhibit booths, Octanorm, SEG graphics, Sintra

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of tradeshow exhibits a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage warehouse assets and organize items within the Momentara warehouse.
Oversee exhibit items and confirm pick tickets and palletized items for shipment.
Knowledge of exhibit tradeshow materials and how they are assembled.
Work with warehouse team members for outbound and inbound shipping needs.
Must be able to oversee exhibit 3rd party installers and be the lead for Momentara on the show floor.
Manage installers and offer guidance to assemble exhibit walls, counters, graphics, on show floor.
Perform preshow checks of existing assets and identify any items that need to be replaced prior to the show start date.
Upon return, perform check of items returned and organize them in the warehouse.
Keep client owned properties together in warehouse and place Momentara owned items on shelf or home location.
Be the liaison between Momentara and the client on the show floor when needed.
This position requires flexibility and the ability to work 40+ hours per week, including evenings or weekends, as needed.
Be able to travel for client relationships and/or projects
Be accessible on non-work hours to discuss and work on projects
Have above average communication skills – both written and spoken
Be able to travel up to 75% with overnight stay (domestic travel only)
Covers other installers as needed.
