The Position: We are looking to add a new Production Foreman to our team. As Foreman, you and your crew are responsible for installing our products and systems for our customers, ultimately restoring their confidence in their living environment. Requirements

Team leader, Supervisor, Management Experience.
Basement waterproofing experience
Concrete, Foundation experience
A desire to get the job done no matter what it takes
An enjoyment in seeing a project through, from start to finish
Strong listening skills
An enjoyment of hands-on work
A desire to learn and better yourself, both personally and professionally
An ability to work on a team
Strong ethics, high integrity and be committed to ALWAYS putting the customer first
