About The Position

As an Installation Specialist with our Solar Innovations brand, you will be on the front lines of delivering high-quality, custom-engineered glass enclosures and window and door systems to both residential and commercial clients. This role offers the opportunity to build expertise in a specialized trade while traveling to diverse jobsites—primarily along the East Coast, with potential for national travel based on project needs. You will work in the field installing greenhouses, conservatories, skylights, and window and door products, using your technical skills and attention to detail to bring each project to life. Requirements

  • Previous experience with installing glass structures or window/door systems.
  • Experience handling glass materials.
  • Experience in residential or commercial installation environments.

Responsibilities

  • Travel to residential and commercial customer jobsites to perform professional installation of custom glass enclosures and/or window and door systems.
  • Interpret blueprints and installation manuals to guide accurate assembly and avoid unnecessary rework.
  • Complete final detailing and caulking work with precision and efficiency, consistently meeting or exceeding quality standards.
  • Make adjustments to brake metal or other system components in the field as needed.
  • Safely operate equipment such as scissor lifts, forklifts, and boom lifts under crew supervision.
  • Assist with driving responsibilities in non-DOT vehicles when required.
  • Follow internal procedures for timekeeping, expenses, and other company practices to support seamless operations.
