About The Position

AD/S installs and oversees the installation of every project we fabricate, ensuring each job is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. Using our own vehicles, equipment, and skilled crews—or partnering with trusted firms across the United States—we manage projects from start to finish with attention to detail and craftsmanship. This position is an IBEW-represented role, and the successful candidate will become a member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) in accordance with union guidelines.

Requirements

  • Ability to work effectively and tactfully with a wide range of individuals in person
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Strong work ethic with a positive attitude, professionalism, and high integrity
  • Clear communication skills to follow instructions and relay job-related information accurately
  • Reliable and punctual attendance
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of two years of construction experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
  • CPR and First Aid certification
  • Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record maintained throughout employment

Nice To Haves

  • Forklift certification is a plus
  • Crane Operator certification is a plus 
  • UL certification is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Perform troubleshooting, repairs, maintenance, and installation of electrical and lighting system equipment and components
  • Assist with and perform installations for signage, lighting, and graphics
  • Install graphics and signs of all types, including illuminated and non-illuminated signage
  • Install in-ground, post-and-panel, and site signage in soil, asphalt, and concrete
  • Perform installations using ladders, boom lifts, cranes, and scaffolding at heights of up to 100 feet
  • Accurately measure, document, and map job sites for new and existing projects
  • Load, unload, and transport products, materials, and equipment
  • Interact with customers, contractors, and site personnel in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain and uphold company and IBEW safety standards at all times
  • Operate company vehicles safely and responsibly
  • Complete daily time tickets, reports, and required documentation accurately and on time
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas and equipment
  • Follow all safety regulations and PPE requirements, including safety glasses, safety shoes, harnesses, hard hats, and other job-specific protective equipment
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure successful project execution
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management
