Install Fabricated Natural Stone, Solid surface, Quartz, Dekton and Laminate Modify/fabricate in the field and repair chips, scratches or defects in material as needed Attach and install top mount and undermount sinks Drill holes for fixtures as needed Use hand tools; Grinders, saws, routers and sanders. Verify integrity of new or existing cabinetry (plumb, square & level) Removal of existing countertops and backsplash as needed Handling customer concerns and problem solving in the field Measure and cut to within 1/32 tolerance Work to proper safety standards

Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent
Ability to handle heavy materials – lifting, carrying, pulling, and pushing 100+ pounds
Must be able to stand for 8+ hours a day
Valid drivers-license

Nice To Haves

Installation and fabrication experience preferred
Experience using tools, measuring and cutting accurately preferred
Must be a team player with the ability to focus on client fulfillment
A courteous, helpful attitude towards customer service
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Self-directed and capable of staying on task with minimal supervision
Self-motivate and Intuitive-wise
Good Communication skills

Responsibilities

Install Fabricated Natural Stone, Solid surface, Quartz, Dekton and Laminate
