The ideal candidate will be responsible for professional installation of residential building components, maintaining attention to detail, safety, and customer satisfaction throughout every project.
Responsibilities
- Install doors, windows, siding, patios, and other residential components in accordance with plans and specifications.
- Maintain clean and safe job sites, following OSHA safety standards.
- Use measuring tools and power equipment with accuracy and care.
- Communicate clearly with homeowners regarding project timelines and progress.
- Inspect completed installations for quality assurance and client satisfaction.
- Complete installation reports and project documentation.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2+ years of experience in door, window, or outdoor structure installation preferred.
- Ability to read blueprints and installation manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong customer service and communication abilities.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
