Requirements

Must be able to demonstrate an honest work ethic
Basic carpentry, construction, sheet metal or outdoor labor experience required
Ability to work as part of a team
Ability to follow instructions
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to use hand and power tools
Proficient math skills required
Reliable transportation, valid driver license and ability to perform out of town work, when required

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of roofing materials and installation helpful

Responsibilities

Installs new roofs and roofing materials on residential homes and commercial buildings
Inspects roofs to identify issues in need of repair and determines best solution
Removes existing roofs and installs replacement roofing materials
Replaces plywood, joists, or other materials that are damaged or rotting
Performs other related duties as assigned
