About The Position

As an Installer at TruTeam, you will be responsible for the installation of various company products, including insulation, fireplaces, gutters, and more, adhering to safety and quality guidelines. This full-time position offers a supportive work environment with a focus on integrity and innovation, and you will be part of a team with an average tenure of over 10 years.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid Driver's License.
• Clear Post Offer Drug Screen.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to climb, stoop, kneel, crawl, and stand to perform daily work, including ladder climbing.

Responsibilities

• Review daily work schedule and ensure truck is loaded with all necessary products, tools, and equipment.
• Complete vehicle safety and job site inspections.
• Safely unload and stage materials at job sites.
• Report any safety, customer, or quality concerns.
• Perform warehouse-related duties as required.
