About The Position

The Installer role plays a crucial part in the installation of Easy Grass and accessories. Assists with the installation of play equipment and performs comprehensive site work.

Requirements

• Able to handle a wheel barrel of gravel
• Can handle the hot weather
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
• Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, or crouch as needed to perform job duties
• Ability to use hands and fingers for repetitive motions, including grasping, handling, and operating tools or controls
• Ability to push or pull light materials, carts, or pallets
• Ability to reach above shoulder level or below waist level as required
• Ability to visually inspect materials, labels, and equipment, including close vision and color differentiation
• Ability to hear alarms, machine sounds, and verbal instructions in a production environment
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment that may include noise, heat, dust, or moving machinery
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must comply with all Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
• Requires a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and adherence to DOT standards.
• Pre-employment DOT drug testing is mandatory.
• As a safety-sensitive position, subject to random drug and alcohol testing as per DOT regulations.
• Must adhere to DOT Hours of Service (HOS) regulations while operating a company vehicle.

• Landscaper or field work is a plus

Responsibilities

• Upon arrival at the warehouse, load materials needed for the day
• Tear out existing material that is currently on site
• Bring base material into jobsite and spread out
• Install grass or specific material for that job
• Help to make sure job is completed in a timely manner
• Jobsite is clean and ready for customer
• Help to make sure all sprinklers are working when required
• Make sure truck stays clean and organized
• Responsible for additional duties and accountabilities that will be assigned as needed
