About The Position

Gropen Inc. is seeking a skilled Installer with cabinetry experience to join our installation team. This position involves installing custom signage, displays, and exhibit elements with the precision and finish quality expected in high-end cabinetry work. The role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to ensure flawless fit and finish. Please note this role requires 30-40% travel

Requirements

Proven cabinetry or millwork installation experience.
Strong skills in finishing, joinery, and working with fine materials.
Familiarity with laminates, veneers, and precision fitting.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work at heights when required.

Responsibilities

Install custom signage, displays, and architectural cabinetry-style elements.
Review shop drawings and ensure accurate, level, and clean installations.
Operate woodworking tools and finishing equipment safely and effectively.
Work with veneers, laminates, and fine finishes to ensure seamless results.
Maintain a high standard of craftsmanship while meeting deadlines.
Ensure safety and site cleanliness during and after installations.
Collaborate with project managers, designers, and clients to deliver quality results.
Responsible for the installation of a variety of interior and exterior signs, graphics, and displays
Installation of cut vinyl graphics, room signs, dimensional lettering, and large wall graphics
Installation of exterior post and panel signs
Courteous and professional interaction with clients on-site
Maintain clean vehicles and work environments
Effective time management, and ability to work overtime when needed to meet project deadlines
