Requirements

• Minimum 3–4 years of gutter installation experience.
• Strong attendance, punctuality, and consistent adherence to safety practices.
• Competent in gutter installation processes with limited supervision.
• Proficient in gutter machine operation.
• Skilled in making clean Outside and Inside Strip Miter cuts.
• Ability to accurately measure, cut, and assemble gutter sections, outlets, and downspouts.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in training or mentoring junior team members.
• Demonstrated leadership potential.

Responsibilities

• Support gutter installation with a focus on safety and quality.
• Operate gutter machines, including loading coils and producing straight runs.
• Make clean Outside and Inside Strip Miter cuts.
• Accurately measure, cut, and assemble gutter sections, outlets, and downspouts.
• Assist installers with hanger placement, sealing, and joining techniques.
• Identify and report installation issues or safety hazards.
• Train and mentor Installer Assistant I team members.
• Perform accurate material counts and support jobsite checklists.
• Document before/after photos and assist with reporting.
• Maintain accountability for company tools and equipment.
• Uphold company values and maintain a professional image.
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with team members and clients.
