About The Position

The Installation Technician at BATH FITTER is responsible for delivering high-quality bathroom remodeling services, focusing on installing tub liners, bathtubs, showers, and wall systems. This full-time position requires a commitment to client satisfaction and the ability to work independently after training, ensuring that installations meet the company's high standards and exceed customer expectations.

Requirements

• General carpentry/finishing experience.
• Experience with home remodeling is highly preferred.
• Minor plumbing experience is an asset.
• Attention to detail and a desire to provide a beautiful finished product.
• Ability to work independently after training.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in tile installation or flooring installation.
• Previous experience as a lead installer or in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Install BATH FITTER tub liners, bathtubs, showers, and wall systems to perfection.
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and expectations.
• Demonstrate a sense of urgency to meet time commitments.
• Troubleshoot unique installation situations independently after training.
• Maintain a satisfactory driving record while operating a company vehicle.
