About The Position
Peter Becker Community has an exciting opportunity for a skilled Installation/Renovation Tech to join our Renovations Team! This role is perfect for someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating and maintaining beautiful, functional spaces for our community. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Experience in one or more areas preferred: carpentry, drywall, electrical, plumbing, or cabinet installation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Responsibilities
- Perform renovations, repairs, and maintenance across community facilities
- Handle drywall repair, cabinet installation, electrical troubleshooting, and plumbing as needed
- Provide snow removal assistance during winter months when required
- Support projects that enhance and maintain a welcoming, high-quality living environment for residents
